Check out the "One Dollar off
a large pizza." coupon below!!
Greetings from the land of rain. We must have received 5
inches of rain. We dodged the tornadoes. The rain is never
enough around here. Inland lakes are still down severely.
Fishing reports are good. Golf reports are also good. We are
golfaholics. We get out as much as possible. Our league at
Hidden Greens wasn't taking any chances like last week and
cancelled Monday night. On Wed we were able to get in our 9
at Forest Point. We played T, F,S golf. Meaning all the
holes starting with T, F and S counted. I had a 25 after
handicap. I not sure how I did. It is fun no matter what.
The week before I took 2nd and received some moola. Yippee.
On this Friday June 18 there will be a Memorial Service for
Ann Johnson Foat at the cemetery at 11 a.m. She passed away
May 15. I sure am going to miss that woman. I have very many
fond memories.
Gary Scharlau and Teresa Rauwolf will be married on June 19
at 2 p.m. at the Barnes Community Church. The reception is
at 6 p.m. at the V.F.W. Gary had his bachelor party last
weekend it started off with a golf tournament at Forest
Point. A good time was had by all. There were 22 men
golfing. I had the honor of being the beverage cart gal.
Elliott is in full swing with his little league. His team
has done quite well. He is enjoying his time playing
baseball. They have even won a few games. More then they
have lost. He had a great time at Hidden Greens golf lessons
this past Thursday. Thanks to his Auntie Jenneane and her
boys Chad and Derek and their families, he was able to go to
Wisc. Dells last weekend. Thye had a blast! His Auntie
doesn't spoil him!
Congrats, to Jeff Schiller as he has purchased my parent's
place on Hall Rd. It will be perfect for him. I believe all
will be closed with their estate and now we will have
complete closure. Rest in Peace Mom and Dad, we sure miss
you!
Congrats to all of our Graduates from Drummond High School
and abroad. The Steve Hough Memorial Scholarship was
recently awarded. The recipients were, Greg Jarecki, Lila
