Check out the "1/2 off
Wilderness Inn" coupon below!!
Is it me or has this been a brutal winter? Not enough snow
and much cold weather seems to be the norm. The weather sure
played havoc on the snowmobile trails. We did get a few
inches of snow. I am not sure it's enough. We could use
more. I was in the Cities over the weekend and they got
about 6 inches of snow. We sure could use it up north.
Scottie sure did play a good tour director for us in the
Twin Cities. Elliott and I had a super time. We went to a
nephews hockey game, shopped, went to music stores, ate,
shopped some more, more music stores, ate again. We did meet
up with Stan and Lois, I have not seen them for 2 years. It
sure was great. Thanks again for the great time Scottie.
You're the best! We miss you already!
Prayers continue for Jan and family as she is still trying
to get well. Jenneane is her caregiver and she needs our
support as well. My prayers to LeeAnn and her family as her
niece was brutally murdered.
Linda Kofal is recovering at Golden Living home she broke
her knee cap. Our get well wishes to her. I want to wish
Ralph Dewitt get well wishes as he had hip surgery. I hope
your out dancing soon!
Another win for the home boy- Kenseth won again.
Bowling was good as usual. It's always fun when you win. We
upset Doorn's Inn and won all 3 games. I did bowl my average
all three games. It must have been the trips planned after.
The girls went to Hinckley right after bowling and I went
the next day to Scotties. Maybe the distractions helped.
Drum lessons continue for Elliott. He seems to really enjoy
it! He also is loving the Basketball he scored 4 baskets
this week. He has also been busy with youth group. They went
to Acquire the Fire a Christian rock program. Dave Johnson
is the youth director for our area. The kids just love him.
Thanks for thinking of our youth. You do a great job!
Our annual 9 ball pool tournament will be held Saturday
April 25. We always have a great time!
Until next week have a great week....catch you all later.
Cheers
Sharon
