The week sure
flew by even Elliott commented about it going so fast. He is
enjoying school. He has a male teacher for the first time! The
seem to have fun at recess especially this time of the year.
The weather has been ok. We did get some much needed rain. It
could rain for the rest of the year and we might be back to
normal. I have heard of a few bear being taking. The season
goes until next Wednesday. Small game opens this weekend and
so does bow season for Deer. It should bring a few people
around. Fishing reports are still favorable as well. So jump
in your car and come up north. We'd love to see you!
Sue from Burlington had her surgery and it went well. She will
now have to play the waiting game. I hope all goes well.
Bowling started this week and much to my and everyone else's
surprise I bowled well. I had my first game over 200 and my
first over 500 series. I don't know what came over me. My
handicap will be very high. A tough road to follow. Golf was
good except I golfed alone. The girls were out very early. It
was a nice day so I ended golfing another round. This time of
the year you have to get it in when you can!
A big get well to Larry as he was in a car accident he was
banged up pretty good. His dog Abbie broke her leg as well. My
prayers to Jan as she is having some health issues right now.
Of course prayers to Jenneane as she has much on her plate
right now!
Nancy's husband Al had knee surgery as well. Get well Al---so
you can still chase Nanee around!

Oh course who is thinking about the Packers right now! Way to
go Rodgers and Company you beat the Queens. Badgers did well
too! Go Bucky go! The Brewers need to start getting the bats
going and more control on their pitching , we wouldn't want
the Cardinals or Phillies to catch us now would we Fred and
Fred Jr.?
