Spring has officially started! OMG when? We received "the" major blizzard everyone was talking about. It could have been worse...I had no power outages and we received approximately 12 inches give or take! I sure am ready for flowers and golf-- not white stuff. I can't argue with Mother Nature...I'd never win.

I had a great trip to LaCrosse, Wi for the semi annual Tavern League Convention. We are a very strong lobbying group for our rights as business owners. In Barnes, we have started the Safe Ride home program.
The Trading Post and RC Decoy have signed up to participate in the Safe Ride Home program. If you are at these two places and want a FREE ride home. Just ask the bartender? Anyone interested in more information about this program, feel free to call or email?

Pool was a good one with no one winning all four games on the last regular night of pool. By the way Sweetie Petey, thanks for the GREAT idea were to put the new ATM machine. You the Man!

Bowling has come to an end as well. We still have the party left! Did I say party!! WooHoo! The Pool Party will be Thursday night April 17, everyone is welcome. Bring a dish to pass and let's have some fun...darn another party!

Get well wishes to Paul Merz "Murph" as he is recovering from a severe ATV accident. Get well fast we miss your smiling face. He is reportly doing ok and expects to recover fully. It is going to take some time. My heart goes out to his wife Jane, she too has a long road. I also hear John Lancour is out of the hospital. I am glad you are moving around. You had some nasty stuff. I hope you will be on the mend.
