Greetings from Barnes. It has been a good week. Busy as usual.
The Men's softball tournament brought many people into our
small village. Congrats to the Decoy they took first place. I
don't have a team in the August tournament. Any team looking
for a sponsor please contact me. I did not make it to the ball
games as I was busy working. I did however have some chicken
and corn. Yummy! Good job guys!
We did get about one inch to one and a half inches of rain
depending on where you were at. Nothing like the flooding in
southern Wisc, southern MN and other areas. Reports of 16
inches of rain....argh. When it rains it pours!
My condolences to the Delain family as the lost their son in
an ATV accident it Barnes. I haven't heard about Dad, how he
is doing. What a tragedy! My heart goes out to all of you!
Golf was fun as usual! I started off and thought I would give
up the game. It did get a little better. I did have 3 pars and
an almost birdie. I will be back next week. Bingo, Bango,
Bongo was played the second nine. That is always fun and
challenging!
To my staff---You guys/gals are the best! I appreciate
everyone of you! Keep up the great work. Thanks to everyone
that pitches in when needed.
