Greetings from the land of green beer leprecons and
grasshoppers. The parade went well. There were many cool
costumes. The pirates were the best...in my opinion.
The weather cooperated. Everyone had a good time.
I was supposed to be in Milwaukee at this time but the stomach
bug has me. I wasn't going under these conditions especially
when food and drink doesn't taste good. Why bother.
Pool was fun nobody won all four games. Very unusual.
My bowling was fun as usual we only won one game. I didn't
bowl all that well. I think I made my average once. Remember
it is climbing though. Maybe I am leveling out at 139 as an
average. Makes sense to me.
Elliott has started a German class after school. It gives the
kids a little something to do this time of year when it is
very iffy outside.
My sincere condolences to Jerry Trapp and his family on the
passing of his daughter Denise. She was only 40 years old. She
has been battling cancer for about 10 years. Sometimes it just
isn't fair. My heart goes out to her husband and the rest of
her family and friends. We will surely miss Denise. Rest in
peace hon!

We a started music at 4 p.m. on Sunday afternoons. Ryan's one
man band playing and singing all your favorites. Sunday night
went real well Corky was even helping out on his stomp board
or what ever you call it. We all sure enjoyed the
entertainment.
