Greetings too all!
The weather has vastly changed. It went from 60 -10 in a
matter of days! We did receive a inch or so of snow after
rain. It is a bit icy. It will be good for the orange coats.
Now let's not have any more snow until Dec 25. Most
snowmobilers wait until after Christmas to really get into
it. As if I can predict and change the weather patterns.
Welcome to all the deer hunters. Good luck bagging the big
one! It will be busy around town.
I had a very nice visit with my brother and Deb. There are
so hospitable. Thanks you both for a wonderful time. We went
to the Children's science museum, to a comet semi-pro hockey
game, bowling, rummaging, to the mall, and of course to the
arcade among other fine places to dine! The only bad part is
the drive about 11 or 12 hours. Of course I did it in 10
1/2. Lead foot that I am. Thanks again we had a fabulous
time.
Bowling was okay. I did get my average 2 out of 3. We only
won one game. Not so good! Maybe this week!! No matter what
happens, I do like to bowl.
I did pretty well on my football picks too. I need too as I
was falling into the bottom. Tom is doing the best. For
those of you who don't know. We pick who will win and give
them a ranking from 1-16. I won the first week and haven't
did well since. Beginners luck!
Congrats too my son Elliott as his report card was splendid!
Nothing lower then a B+. Way to go Elliott!!! I had a nice
conference with his teacher. I am so proud of him.
Congrats to the Packers, Bears, Lions! They all were
victorious last week. Watch out Monday night. Packers and
the Vikings!!! We will see. Badgers lost.... Too bad!
Remember there are still motel openings for deer season!
Call and place your reservation now.
Good luck hunters!
Thanks to my employees for holding down the fort while I was
gone. I am fortunate to have such wonderful employees.
Thanks a million!
Until next time....
Hugs,
Sharon
