What another splendid week. The days seem to be going in
droves. It seemed like it was just the beginning of October.
The fall colors are on the downslide but still a beautiful
site. The weekend was busy with hunters and cabin closers
and ATVers and sightseers. It was picture perfect!
Bowling was fun however I struggled a bit! It took me until
the third game to realize what was going on! June and I were
in the same boat. Better luck this week!
We had some exciting sports events. And some not so pleasant
extra curricular activities. All and all it was a bad week
for the Minnesota fans. The gophers lost in a heartbreaker
to the Badgers. Go Badgers!!!!!!! The Vikings also were
defeated by the Chicago bears. Hub is happy! The White Sox
also clinched maybe Rick from Chicago and Hub are happy!
Good luck in the finals!
Good Luck to my Mom as she is having Gall Bladder surgery on
Tuesday. I wish you the best Mom....Please know that I am
always here for you!
There is a T-zone deer hunt the end of October. Come on
hunters thin out the population so the cars don't! Speaking
of cars my is at the car doctor. Perhaps it will be finished
soon! Thanks to my friends Bob and Linda for their rental!
Remember that by Dec 2006 you will need a passport to get in
and out of the Country. Ashland post office is a good place
to go. I finally made the trek up there! It takes 4-6 weeks
to receive it! If you are planning any type of trip you
better get your rear in gear!
My son is doing very well in school. He seems to love it! He
has a great teacher and is very eager to learn. I am sure
that will change. I hope not! Boys will be Boys.
I had a few cancellations for Gun Deer Season at the Hotel.
Please help spread the word around. It is right around the
corner.
Also come route the Packers on Sunday. Drink specials during
the game! Go Pack!!!!
Until next week.....
Hugs
Sharon
